the Repti Glo UVB bulbs are suppose to have 5-10% UVB output. Is the ReptiGlo 5.0 I have emit 5%?

I;m asking because of what i read on the main page under lighting and basking:
"Comment: Avoid cheaply made brands and make sure a fluorescent UVB’s packaging states UVB output between 5-10%. Purchase these bulbs from reputable dealers and stores and avoid online auctions. Fluorescent UVB bulbs still provide light after they stop providing UVB. They have a limited life span and need regular replacement."

Yes, the 5.0 emits about 5% uvb and the 10.0 is about 10%.
I use the 5.0 myself. A couple of years ago there were some problems with the 10.0, but if the bulb is far enough away it shouldn't cause any problems.
