I just bought some salad for little Bamboo ''she'' seemed to like it
but im wondering if it is good for my turtle.
does it have any nutritional value?
Oh and how much should i feed it to my turt a day?

Is that green leaf lettuce? If so, it's good. Try some red-leaf lettuce too, mine really seems to prefer that, maybe because of the coloring.

Give him as much as he wants of the lettuce. If he starts having really loose poop cut back on it a bit.
