My husband has a roach colony for his spiders and i fed one to my turt. I can see that she likes it because of that silly dance that she does whenever she likes a food and want more. Are roaches ok? My husband said that for his spiders, roaches are more nutritional than crickets. Can this be true for turtrs?

I'd say they'd be fine for a treat. I'd expect that they'd be a bit harder to digest than other items. You might want to take off the hard bits of the shell first. Excuse my lack of biological terms as I know next to nothing about roaches..lol.
