Can bugs that can be found in your house like spider's roaches and flies be fed to RES? Or outside bugs like ants and fireflies be fed?

You shouldn't feed ants to your turtles
If you didn't use pesticides inside or outisde your house it might be ok

Don't feed ants. They have a chemical inside of them that isn't good for RES's (it's the chemical that makes an ant-bite burn when they bite you).
I wouldn't feed spiders because they have poison in them.
Flies can carry parasites which can be harmful to RES's. Roaches are not considered "unclean" but they live in filthy conditions so I wouldn't feed them to my RES for that reason.
And if you have roaches, you might want to clean up your house! Yikes! LOL

I don't have roaches but I live in an apartment building with other people and they wander inside the apartment sometimes.
