Eventually they will eat. They will probably not eat for several days seeing as how they are new to their new home. Soon they will realize that it is their home and they can eat and eventually will eat. It happens when i switched my turtle from his small 5 gallon tank (When he was a newborn) To his 40 gallon container.

Lancer is right - it takes a while for the little ones to settle down. Give them lots of peace and quiet while they get used to the idea that you're not going to eat them. After a few more days if they are still not eating, why don't you check back here.
I assume your temperatures are ok. Turtles won't eat if it's too cold. For little bitty ones, water temperature should be 78 or 80 degrees.

I took my turts almost a week to start eating after I brought them home. Just give them time, they will eat

I'd raise the water temp to at least 75-76 for an older turt, and if he's still a hatchling, I'd raise it to around 78F. It may well encourage eating. Another thing, are you giving him privacy to eat? Sometimes a little time on their own is all they need.

My turtle wouldn't eat until I left the room when I first got her. So feed her/him then leave the room check on them in a few minutes... that might work
