are green beans and sunflower seeds okay?

...they weren't on the list.
feeding plan for the next two weeks. as usual please tell me if there are any no-no's in here (pellets are fed everyday, even if not noted)
1. (today) pellets
2. green beans
3. pellets*
4. bell pepper
5. pellets
6. red cabbage
7. pellets*
8. carrots
9. pellets
10.peas
11.pellets*
12.bananas
13.pellets
14.crickets
would it be okay if i threw in the sunflower seeds on the starred days?

You should throw in something like red leaf lettuce,green leaf lettuce,romaine lettuce,or if you have a safe place to pick them.Dandelion leaves are good i heard.So are aquatic plants.

Cabbage, peas, bananas don't need to be on your feeding list either.

but bananas are on the okay to feed list

arent crikets something they get as a treat not meal correct me if am wrong

You are correct - crickets are a treat not a meal. The most nutritious crickets are those that have been "gut-loaded" (ie, fed) calcium.

Seeds sound like something that could get impacted. Why not just concentrate on the foods that you know are good for them?
