One of my RES hatchlings hasn't eaten for 2 days now. When I put in the food one eats then the one who isn't eating goes to the food and observes it. Also he isn't being as active as he was.

Assuming the habitat water is warm enough (76-78 ), try temping him with some krill or pellets soaked in tuna water. Get it right up to his nose. Being less active is not a good sign, I'd keep an eye on him. Look for open mouth breathing, excessive basking, lethargy etc. If his behavior continues or gets worse, raise the temps to 80-82F and seek out a vet.....

The water temps have always been in the mid 70's up to 82. It basks maybe twice or one extra time but mostly stays in the same space this whole day. It stayed on the same side, going under the basking platform. Then it moved out toward the open. When feeding these last 2 days the food catches his eye but he doesn't eat it. I think it's because he doesn't like it. But the last week and before these 2 days he was eating dried shrimp and pellets. Then he stopped eating the dried shrimp and looked for the pellets. With my other RES it's the same he doesn't like pellets but likes the dried shrimp.
