Assuming the habitat water is warm enough (76-78 ), try temping him with some krill or pellets soaked in tuna water. Get it right up to his nose. Being less active is not a good sign, I'd keep an eye on him. Look for open mouth breathing, excessive basking, lethargy etc. If his behavior continues or gets worse, raise the temps to 80-82F and seek out a vet.....
