One Fish Left

One fish has not been eaten in months. Should I by more fish even though he still has that same one since the last time I bought fish.

Fish contribute to the waste and we all know that turtles produce a lot of waste themselves. If you add more fish, the you need to do more frequent water changes and filer cleanings.

this happened to me too. there were 2 fish in there that he didnt touch for 2 months... i think they became friends lol. i went and bought 5 more fish and he ate them all that night

Funny, just this morning I noticed a missing fish.
Seems one of the turts ate a small female guppy - there are no remains.

Still have three feeder minnows, a pleco, 1M and 1F guppy

Well, I hope not, but I guess it could happen.

They nipped at him a few times when they were first intruduced, but then he sucked onto one of their shells and rode around - this really freaked the turts out and now they leave him alone.
