First, I have some questions.
1) How big do you think the storage bin is?
2) How long will the Rosey Reds live in there with them?
3) If they have Anarchis, and Rosey Reds, should I feed them pellets still before I go to bed?
4) They aren't eating the Rosey Reds. How do I encourage them to?
5) Until they eat the Rosey Reds, would whole krill treats be good as their source of protein?

I would guess the storage bin to not be more than 20 gallons. It's really hard to tell with pics though.

Roseys will live awhile and to my knowlegde are like the guppies and don't have to be fed unless you want to. They will eat the left over matter from the turts.

I addressed the pellet question in your other post.

I would check the amount of protein that is in your pellets. Chances are they are getting enough protein from that alone. Krill should only be offered as a rare treat...once a month, if that. Too much protein in a diet is not good and will lead to health problems.

1) IDK, 20-25 gallons.
2) Roseys will live up until they eat them!! and help keep your tank clean in the mean time.
3) Always offer them some pellets everyday (it is okay if you miss a day) Someone told me to put in the amount of the size of their heads. (5-6 baby pellets each...you can also see how fast they eat them and decide on how much to feed them too--left over floating food can make tank icky)
4) It is okay if they don't eat the fish, they will eventually. Try offering other veggies/food--see food sticky.
5) Krill or freezed dried shrip, brine, etc. is a treat! Once a week 4 my guys!

Hope that helped...
