I have 2 res I got about a month ago . There about 2 inches . I have tried giving them veggies and fruit but they will not touch it , they only will eat the pellets. Is that ok that all they eat is pellets and not veggies

Not unusual for hatchlings to resist veggies. I would consider using a veggie clip or some freshwater aquatic plants.
