So... i want to switch my turtle pellet to Omega one pellet but i heard that their pellet are smaller than normal pellets,so how much should i feed my 4 inch RES daily?And should i buy the Adult pellets or Juvenile pellets?

For a 4" use the adult pellets.

One of the better guidelines I've read is the amount that will fit in your turtle's head every two days. I feed daily, but feed a bit under half that each time.
