Im a new res owner and currently im a bit concerned about my turtles diet. When i bought him he came with a small tank and a container filled with flakes that looked alot like fish flakes . Personally i didnt want to feed him that. the container didnt even have any ingredients written on it and just smelled shady so in the meantime im feeding him bits of lean beef, chicken, egg, lettuce, shredded carrots and some fruits.do any of you think theres a chance of feeding a res a fully raw diet?if so what are the other foods and vitamins do i add to his current diet?

If you got him from a less than reputable place, then get new turtle pellets and throw the other one away. I don't think I would go with a completely raw diet.

Mazuri and Hikari are good international brands.
