Turtle diets and eating habits discussed here.

I have heard many experienced Turtle owners recommend this food for turtles. I have just been checking out their site and they have a tonne of products is there anything else on this page that you all would recommend to have in the food cabinet for turtles?

I think a lot of the stuff can be used to add a little variety. Pond sticks and Wheat germ seem good. Veggie Rounds looks interesting. Freeze dried shrimp and worms could be a rare treat.

what about these: http://www.omegasea.net/products/nutrit ... ie-formula
They are very low in protein and fat. Was wondering if these might be safe to give if you got a turtle that just won't stop begging..lol

Can you tell me what I should be looking for protein/fat wise for a turtle that is past the young growth spurt stage?
I know you mentioned Koi pellets but there are sooooo many out there with a variety of ingredients I don't know where to start..

It's probably OK. San Francisco Bay Brand is pretty popular with their frozen stuff, but I've never tried it.

I like the Omega One brand. As you can see on their web site they put a lot of work into their products to make sure consumers are getting the best for their pets. I only feed Omega One pellets. Hikari wheat germ and frozen krill.
