My turtle loves them! I know you aren't suppoused to give them tomatoes often because of acid but I think they are a great little thing to add every month or so. Mine loves to chase them around her aquarium, I think it is great enrichment and exercise!
Just thought I'd post something that wasn't a question for once.

My turts just had their very first taste of tomato tonight, and they loved it. I chopped mine up though. I imagine cherry tomatoes would be like giving them grapes and not peeling them. Mine have a very hard time eating them when I don't peel them. I bet it is really go exercise though, lol!

I don't give tomatoes very often, but I do drop a grape or two in when I buy them. I don't peel mine and he seems to have no problem devouring it. That is once he's chased it while it bounces along the bottom, which is very cute to watch.

Grape skins and tomato skins add more fiber. I quarter grapes (my turts only like the red/purple ones) and cherry tomatoes when I offer them (not often) and remove any seeds/really soft areas.

I don't peel all of the skin off, because I don't have that much time, lol. I do peel enough off that they can get a good bite and tear them apart. I felt sorry for them the first time I watched them try and bite into them and they just pushed them around. Never thought about the fiber though, and quartering them would take even less time.
