Penny eats primarily sun-dried anchovies, occasionally a treat of some sun-dried red shrimp. I've been trying to get her to eat ReptiSticks as recommended by the Herp Vet since she was treated for a parasite a couple of months ago. I put a few sticks in with her anchovies when I feed her. Today was the first day I actually saw her eat them. Before, if she accidentally mistook one as an anchovy she would spit it out. I have been giving her fewer fish hoping she'd get hungry enough to eat the sticks. Maybe it worked :D

I'd try to sneak pellets into food as well before and it would get it picked out. He would use his claws to sift through it. It's not the first time I've been outsmarted by a turtle
