Feeding and Nutrition :: Is there such thing as too much greens?

I have left red leaf lettuce in my turtles tank as long as I have had her but she just started to eat it... And she eats it like crazy. I read that you can always leave the lettuce in there for them to graze on between pellet feedings but she eats so much that I started to wonder if they can eat too much lettuce? Anyone have any advice?

If the stool becomes very loose, then I will cut back. My RES is the type who will overeat, so I do think there is a thing as too much with some RES.
