Turtle diets and eating habits discussed here.

Hector is a good eater. She also eats a variety of veggies and pellets. In the last 4 months I have only found one piece of poop in her tank. Is it normal for them to eat or chop up their poop? The filters are always dirty with poop like muck when they need changing. Does anyone have any ideas? :msgreen:

If my res could reach his bum bum with his mouth, he would pull it out himself. He eats everything.

Yes, when I first got my turtle that was the ONLY thing he would eat.
