Shell smooth ? or rough.....
Posted: Tue Dec 18, 2012 8:46 pmI was told in previous pictures that my turtles shells were too rough. I could assume this means they need to bask more? Advice and direction would be most useful.

Posted: Thu Dec 20, 2012 6:41 amIf the shells are rough, it's usually a sign of fast growth and/or unbalanced diet. Basking should help with shedding, and you should review their diet once in awhile.
