I've been away at school for a little while now and my brother has been taking good care of my two RES. Well, before I left, I had 2 of the smaller algea eaters in the tank.
I get home to check everything out and realize that one is missing. I assume that it died and it was either eaten or my brother took it out.
When I left for school, my turtles where still small, now they are 3 1/2 inchs and 4.
I picked up some more of the algea eaters, drop them in the tank and walk away. When I return to the room, I see the turtles swalloing them whole!!!!! AHHHHHHHHH the horror lol
I thought it was funny, before I left, they used to play with them, now they are dinner haha.
Not really sure if this is in the right forum, but I just wanted to share.
