Steve, I used the Omega one pellets for the first time this morning. The Omega One pellets are smaller than the reptomin pellets. Toku was able to swallow them whole without a mess. He is 4" to give you a idea of mouth size. When I broke a pellet in half it was a clean break with no debris. The Omega One pellets smell like a fisherman's dwarf, very fishy, which based off the ingridents list, makes perfect sense. I did not do a taste test tho, lol. I did notice one thing I don't like so far, the pellets don't float like the reptomin ones do. I put three in the tank and two out of the three sank and went straight for the filter intake. He was able to get one of them but the other one was on the backside between the tank wall and filter intake. Other than that, Toku took right to the Omega One pellets like he does the Reptomin pellets. Based on the fact that Omega One pellets smell so fishy and have a fish based ingridents list could be a good choice for turtles that are reluctant to eat pellets, or even eating period. Overall I give this pellet a 9 out of 10, only because two of the three pellets sank, because of this you could end up with the pellets going in the filter intake screen but I do not think it is a big deal overall. A side note after taking the comparison pic I gave the pellets to Toku. I put them both in at the same time and he went for the Omega pellet first. These pellets smell really fishy! For a semi aquatic turtle this is a good thing.

So their orange too? Probably why he might go for that one first. Brighter colors attract turtles like fish. When you feed him again let me know if more sink right away. Thats something i dont want personally.

I remember people mentioning how the brightly colored HBH pellets were like crack to turtles... they go nuts over them.
