Feeding and Nutrition :: Pyramided shell recovery?

Turtle diets and eating habits discussed here.

I adopted a two year old turtle somewhere around March, and her shell was pyramided, and in an awful condition, I think her previous owners cleaned it with chlorine/some sort of bleach, it smelled like chlorine and was sort of whitish.
Since then, I gave her the same food my other RES eats, in the same quantities, and was expecting the shell to slowly go back to normal. The problem has only improved a tiiny bit, but it's still pretty bad.
I tried giving her more greens, veggies and fruit than pellets and shrimp, and feeding her every two days.
Is there anything else I can do for her?

Can you post a picture? If the turtle is older and/or the pyramiding is severe, then it's not reversible.
