So when we first got him, we got him 2 feeder goldfish (didn't know at the time they weren't too nutritious) and he only ate one, within the first night. And we've had the other one since then. Lately, we got 4 rosie red minnows, and again he only ate one, that night, and the other 3 are unscathed. I find this very funny, it's almost as if he eats one to try it, and leaves the rest alone. lol. Just yesterday we had a rainy day, so I went out and got a huge worm crawling on the driveway. I mean, this thing is as thick as Chang's head. I rinsed it off, and threw it in the tank. All the fish came up and poked at it (while Chang swam away from it as if he was scared). So I went downstairs to do something, come back up, and half the worm is sticking out of his mouth! He completely devoured the thing. So hopefully he has a thing for insects. Chang is only 2" long, and I'm guessing about 2-3 months old. His normal diet consists of different pellets on different days. One day I use the reptomin red krill pellets, some days the baby pellets, and some days the pellets with growing formula. I want to get him acclimated to fruits and veggies early on, but he refuses to touch them. I guess I'll just wait for a different day.
