Is this a problem?

One of my three babies, I've realized, have not been eating any of the vegetable sticks in the food I give them. The pellets in the can come in two colors, red (meat) and green (vegetable). The smallest one seems to dislike vegetables ; a pea given as a treat was not touched by it.
I am pretty worried. It wouldn't eat anything green. It is the smallest of the three and I have tried letting it feed first by placing it in another tank with a lot of food enough for 3 babies (I let the other two eat his 'leftovers'), and he only finished the red ones. Every stick.
Any idea of how to get him to eat greens? :/
Thanks ~

A lot of smaller turtles won't eat vegetables, they're more carnivorous. I've never heard of vegetable sticks (are you sure it's not just arbitrary dye?) but you can offer fresh vegetables every feeding like lettuce and eventually they'll start taking them.

Separate them when feeding to keep a close eye on what they're getting and how much.
