Hi guys, i would like to know if it was possible to change my turtles diet for a period of time, as my local pet stores have run out of wardley reptile sticks :( . The next supply will come in a few months time. The problem is that i have no more wardley to feed my res,
So i was wondering is changing their diet for that few months would do them any harm
Please reply , my turtle haven't been eating pellets for over a week now. Currently they are only fed carrot strips :(

Variety is good, so another pellet is fine. Reptomin is considered a good brand, and I think most people on this site use it.

I used to use Wardley, and now I use reptomin. It's all the same stuff. Usually anytime of pond/turtle food is just a balance of fish and such.

I use reptomin, no problems here. Anyone try zoomed? My local pet place says reptomin used to be a good brand but isn't now and that Zoomed is the new brand to have, but I've had no problems with reptomin...

I've used all 3. My turts don't seem to have a preference, to them it's all food. I can't speak for actual nutritional value though. The zoo med brand is what came with my turts, the others are just what has been on hand when I needed refills. My turts eat more veggies than anything else.

Am I the only one that uses Rep Cal? My turtles seem to refer it over Reptomin. Those are typically my only two options in WV

Srry for the late reply, my turtles are now feeding on Reptomin, although they don't like it as much as Wardley
