Turtle diets and eating habits discussed here.

Hey everyone,

I have some silk plants in my aquarium, and I just realized the turtles have been nibbling on them. At least it looks like it because the edges of the leaves are all frayed. I know they try to nibble at just about everything else in there!

Anyone know how harmful this might be to them? Do I have to remove them? I want to have *SOME* decorations/hiding places in there so they can get some privacy!

Thanks!
Sarah

I haven't heard of this being a problem. If significant amounts are eaten, then you should remove them.
