If you read any of the threads on the forum, you'd know that they're OK to eat. Some advocate their being included in the diet occasionally to help encourage shedding (due to the nutrients in them). Feeding blueberries alone, however, won't make your turtle shed. Shedding is a combination of good diet, basking under proper lighting, clean water, in short, all the things your turtle needs to be healthy.

they are great! but not a staple... one small one every week or so is best! make sure they eat the skins because all the blue berry nutrients are in there! blue berries promote shedding and good shells!
