So not only have a successfully kept cichlids with my turtles for quite a while, now I have Jewel cichlid babies too! Too much stress is usually the cause of cichlids not breeding, but I guess 5 turtles isn't too big a stress causer;)

YOu have to look real close, they are super tiny, just keep looking under the pink fish. The turtles are camera hogs lol, if you see the pink fish dart off, they just went to f something up

Nice, I think my Convict Cichlids are soon to start laying eggs. They are moving the gravel all around in this certion spot in the back of the tank and a few pairs of them seem to be "wanting each other" because ive seen 3 different pairs already rubbing up on each other and two pairs have taken over different spots of the tank and chase off others that come near it lol... just what i need..more convicts...
