dont make it a habit. it can get sick from that.

Ham probably isn't a very good idea, since it's cured and full of salt. If we're talking unseasoned roast beef (from a roast, not deli meat), it would be OK on a very rare occasion, but your turtle would be better off with leaner proteins, like chicken breast, egg whites, and fish.

And the chicken breast, egg whites and fish should also be a very occasional treat.
