So I've seen some posts about feeding your turtle tuna. Is this regular store bought tuna in a can? I would love to feed Tuck some tuna! I just want to make sure its ok BEFORE I feed it!!

It seems so since I don't see any difference between store tuna and animal specific tuna (except for cats maybe). But I read somewhere the Tuna should only be used if your turtle refuses to eat. It gives it a better scent and taste.

It's canned tuna, but if you want to splurge and buy some tuna fillet, that would work as well.
Just make sure the canned tuna is "solid albacore in water" and not in oil. Solid cause you don't want it falling apart and make a mess of the tank, and in water cause you obviously don't want oil in your water.

nene: canned tuna it is. Just remember it should only be fed once in awhile as a snack - too much of a good thing can end up being bad :)
