Feeding and Nutrition :: fish food?

when i ever i put fish flakes in the tank for the fish my turtle eats them, is it ok that he does this?
65 Gallon
-1 RES (Myrtle)
-1 Pleco (unnamed)
-1 four lined pimelodus catfish (unnamed)
-1 shubunkin (unnamed)
29 Gallon Planted Tank
-3 cory cats
-# guppies!

It would cause no harm to the turtle. There's hardly anything to the fish flakes.

Also, why bother feeding the fish? Part of the idea is so they clean up the leftover turtle food! :D

yeah it's fine, but it is very fatty so be careful. The turtle eats it because it smells like fish.

You dont need to feed the fish they eat what the turtle doesn't.
Or somtimes has... eww.

well i have a blue gill in there thats a baby and i need to feed him, but im taking the rocks out of my tank so they can find all that stuff he doesnt eat and what not
