HAs anyone heard of these , and can i give them my turtle?

Nightcrawlers can be green?

Okay, according to what I read here: http://www.allaboutworms.com/glow-worms ... -spot-bait , they are basically just regular brown worms that were given food that makes them green. I don't really think they should be a problem.
Spike - Egyptian mau mix, 8 years old
Phryne - Japanese bobtail, 9 months old
Hurricane - RES, 8 yo, 6 1/2 in. long
Typhoon - RES/Map hybrid, 8 yo, 7 in. long
Sadie - RES, 20 yo, 10 in. long
Sophie - Colombian red tail boa, 5 yo, 5 ft. long

I would avoid them. Sure a worm can "survive" the dye, but it may not be the best thing for a turtle.

I was thinking originally that if the worms could handle it, the turtle could too. Then you sort of reminded me of how cockroaches can survive nuclear bombs, but it sears the flesh off of everything else.
