First off, how old are your turtles? If they are under a year, they should eat mostly pellets and just some veggies. Once they are over a year old or so, they should get pellets only every other day and veggies on opposite days.
The pellets you are feeding are good, BUT, you should be feeding mostly pellets and feeding the shrimp and krill as treats only. Young turtles can have more protein than older turtles, but you still need to watch how much you give them because it can result in pyramiding.
Turtles usually won't take to veggies right away. You need to try all different types - dark, leafy greens are the best (i.e. NOT iceburg lettuce!). Try some red leaf or green leaf lettuce. You can try soaking the lettuce in tuna juice to entice them. There is also a recipe for "turtle jello shots" which you can find a sticky for under the feeding and nutrition part of this forum.
