We're talking raw cranberries, right?
Their calcium phosphorous ratio isn't great (about 1:1.6 from here), but I know they're high in lots of other nutrients.

I can't say yea or nae for sure though. I would stay safe and not feed them, unless someone knows for sure. I don't know if the turts would even eat them, they're pretty tart!

I would say its dry cranberries just like Sun Maid dry raisins.

Cranberries have antioxidant. Is that good for RES?

Dry cranberries would not be good.
They usually have oil on them, some have sugar on them, and some have sulfates as a preservative.
