Cucumber is safe, but just a filler food, so don't bother with it. Banana is okay in moderation, like once per month; oranges probably should be avoided because they are acidic. NO CHEESE, turtles don't have any reason to digest any milk products, so it's likely they lack the enzymes to do so. Boiled egg whites are okay, no yellows and no frying or anything with grease; if you fry in a non-stick skillet with no grease, that will probably be okay, though avoid any charred pieces. Potatoes aren't really good either.
The best foods for your turtle (everything given in moderation as most of these foods are high in protein or sugar): mango, apple, apple peel, blueberry, strawberry, lettuce (no spinach), carrots, sweet potatoes (boiled), boiled egg white, boiled chicken, cooked fish. However, almost all of these (minus lettuce) are only allowed about once per month. So if you give blueberries, you should refrain from giving strawberries as well. If you feed any of the proteins (egg, chicken, fish), you can give about a head-sized piece once per month, but no other high protein treats can be given for the rest of the month, like crickets or feeder fish. Lettuce can be fed daily (romaine, green/red leaf, dandelion greens), and carrots can be fed weekly.
