What are the water temperatures like and what have you been trying to feed them? Do you have treats or live prey available?

you have to get her a heater asap.
I don't know what the temperatures are like in Malaysia (based off your location), but you should have one. The hibernating period is over, I believe, so it won't be bad right away, but you need to get one.

also, dont feed her meat all the time. you should get some turtle pellets

I highly doubt you need a water heater in Malaysia. I'm guessing the water is
always around upper twenties Celsius already. UVB lighting is needed, unless you
have time to bask your turtle under morning sun every day. Decoration is
optional though, whatever makes the owner happy :)

Try feeding something else, like mealworm, boiled eggwhite, pellets soaked in tuna
water, etc. Or try to feed separately. Jello method is usually used to entice eating
veggies. Not eating could be caused by new environment. So you might want to
wait a few more days. Good luck!

Before buying a heater buy a thermometer. No point buying a heater if your tank is already hot enough or even on the warm side.

The hand is not an accurate tool to measure temperature :) As seanwb said, get
a thermometer first.

Keep trying to feed your turtle. Feed them separately. Use water from the main
tank. Try different foods. Although turtles can survive for more than a month
without eating, that's not something good for them to endure. Keep trying! :D
