I've heard of them, have never tried them. I know other keepers that have, though. They're fine as part of the overall diet.

My turtle loves those, but I only give them to him as a treat, not part of his main diet.

Is there any benefit to them though? I know that my turtles love them, but i have no clue as to whether or not they give them beneficial nutrients
