my baby res dont like veggies right now i already tried but i got this pleco (algae eater fish) so that the tank could be cleaner. They dontnt fight with the turtles at all. But i notice that my baby res started eating the algae disk i leave for my pleco is it bad for them???

cujo used to do that. i stopped feeding my pleco algae disks because it would always make a mess when cujo got it.

No it's not bad for them, just make sure they don't get too much of it.

I give my turtle an algae disk as a treat every one in a while.

I have never heard of that but it sounds like a good treat once in a while for them maybe.
