Is there an age or size that you stop feeding them the baby pellets and graduate to the big pellets?

I'd say 4 Inches.

i agree, 4 inches is about good.

the baby reptomin provides so many advantages for a baby turtle, i wish i had discovered it when i had my baby turtles.

it seems softer, smaller, and has more calcium count

k so i still have a few more inches to keep feeding them the baby stuff. since it has higher calcium should i give them cuttlebone too? i gave it to them for the first time today and they both gobbled it out of my fingers.

Yes, cuttlebone is always good.

If I could easily get my hands on Reptomin Baby, I'd still be feeding it to my turtles (rotating with other pellets). I don't think there's a set time when you have to stop feeding one and switch to the other (regular Reptomin can be found in larger containers and is therefore cheaper, though).

From what I know though their is a reason to switch. It has to do with the amounts of vitamins and protein it has for the age differences.

Why is there more protein in the regular Reptomin than the Reptomin Baby when turtles need less protein in their diets when they age?

The greater amount of calcium in the Reptomin Baby really isn't that much.

I'm not that strict about having to change from one product to another at a certain age. As long as my turts have a balanced and varied diet, this is not an issue for me.

Where does it say Reptomin has to be for a 4"+ turtle and Reptomin Baby for smaller turtles?
