Check your local parks with streams first. Those will be the most natural and cheapest ones you can get, although check with the park first about whether you can remove local wildlife. You can also probably check with a pet store, since they would have frogs living together and possibly mating. You can also ask them if they know of a local resource, like a breeder, that you can talk to.
