It's a bit late now, but you should quarantine new turtles for at least 90 days. They're very good at hiding illness.
Also, make sure your tank is big enough to accommodate two turtles.
Keep an eye out for aggression. The established turtle may become very territorial, and fight with the new one. This can result in serious injuries. There is a very good chance at some point you will have to buy two complete setups and separate them.

Finally, as take-one said, the new one will take a while to calm down and start eating.
If the first one was eating, and now he isn't, that's not a good sign. It could be that the new one has transferred illness to the first one.

MY older one is a lot more active now than she was before. SO I dont think she is sick . Like before she would just stay in one spot, now she is swing around.

Give them some time to adjust. To help them settle down, avoid stressing them as much as possible (ie, don't pick them up unless you have to, keep the room quiet.) Some turtles will eat better when they are new if they have some privacy. Try putting cardboard around the tank so the turtles feel like no one can see them when they eat. Leave some food in the tank, go away, and then come back later and see if it's been eaten. Be sure and remove any uneaten food so it won't foul the water.
