Feeding and Nutrition :: Not sure If I'm giving the best diet

Turtle diets and eating habits discussed here.

I Have three Red eared Sliders. They all are adults, and I don't know if this matters, but, one is male, the other two are my girls.

Every day I feed them red leaf lettuce, green leaf lettuce, and turnip greens. Every three weeks I add kale and collards to the mix for a week. Sometimes I give them cantelope, blue berries, or strawberries , but no more than once or twice a month, and every other day they are fed pellets. after 15-20 minutes, I remove any leftover food ( which is VERY little ). I also add rosie reds to their aquarium every two weeks. Do you think my diet for them is really good for them? if not, please give me some pointers.
The proportions are:
veggies- 50-60% of a diet that includes the lettuces, about 50%-75% of all the greens,Turnips, about 25%, kale and collards make up the rest of the greens.
Fruits:10%-15%, Cantelope, and on occasion blue berries and strawberries.
Animal Protein-10%-15%- rosie reds
commercial- 10%-20% reptomin, wardleys
Sorry for the long post.

I would restrict rosies to once a month. How long are your turtles?

I'd skip the rosies and wardleys. The fruit seems a bit high at 10%, but that might just be my opinion. The variety seems to be very good!

so I shouldn't feed the fish, and less fruit, but other than that it sounds good? wow, that totally made me feel better about how I feed them. I was afraid that I wasn't giving them enough varity
Thanks a lot the Info!!!!!

Here are some feeding lists: http://www.redearslider.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=11684

Not feeding fish is more of a personal opinion of mine, but they are really not a necessary part of the diet.
