So I noticed in a few places around here that you should only feed your RES an amount just a little under the size of their head. Now, is this only once a day or multiple times?

That's once a day. I feed in the morning so they have all day to digest/work it off.

For hatchlings, it's every day. After a year, feed every other day. My 3yo res eat 3x a week.
