Feeding and Nutrition :: Help...Question??

Hi it's me again.

Okay...what's worst

a) feeding your RES every 3 days (nothing 2 days) pellets and veggies?
OR
b) feeding him everyday 10 pellets by automatic feeder?

The reason why I am asking is because the person looking after my house while I'm away for 2 weeks can only drop by every 3 days.

How many pellets do you normally feed daily? If 10 pellets would fit inside your turtle's hollow head then set the feeder to feed him that amount daily.
When your friend can come and check in on your turtle have him or her drop some veggies in the tank.

I don't see why you can't use the automatic feeder daily with the friend stopping by to feed veggies and check temps and light bulbs.

So that is what we will do. Right now we feed him 5 or 6 pellets daily but I was a little worried of over feeding him
