Anyone the owner of an Aqua One Dial a Diet auto feeder?

i just bought one today and i set it all up but i find that once it starts going... it never stops! i was wondering if anyone knows if i am using it incorrectly or what the problem is?

oh im sorry guys a screw was loose i tightened it and now it works wonderfully
