are they ok to feed to a slider?

there usly the minnows you see in ponds and lakes but is it safe if you buy them from a petstore.

well rosy red minnows are just a type of fathead minnow.
So they're as good as the rosy reds

As long as the minnow isnt wild caught, then it is okay. Just remember, not too much, 1 or two 2 every 2 - 4 weeks is fine.
