Is it okay to feed my baby turtle a cuttle bone? If it is ... Is it a once in a while treat or food or something to stay in the tank?

Yes!!! Cuttlebone is good for turtles of all ages. You can break off little pieces and leave them in the tank for Myrtle to snack on when the mood stricks.
