Feeding and Nutrition :: why wount he eat much at all?

i just got my RES 2 days a go and one of them will eat and the other will barly toch it dose it matter if u give it to them in the watter or on land i give it to them on land

Your turtles are probably adjusting to their new environment which could take several days but keep offering them food. They als need the water to eat.

Like flutterby said, they have to be fed in water - or else close to water so they can grab their food and drag it into the water. Turtles can't swallow except in water so they will starve if they can't eat their food while they are in the water.

well the still have not eaten any thing yet and it is the 5 day now i will try tuna watter and i will try to wate

What are the water temperatures? How much water is in there?

yeayyyyyyy my turtle started eating 2 days a go but wont eat much plets and likes the krill but i onley give them that 1 to 2 times a week
