In the sticky it says don't feed your RES beans, but does that mean beans like brown beans, etc? I'm wondering if Green (or yellow) beans would be OK? Either fresh or cooked? Usually it's not the actual bean you eat, it's the casing.
Also, I found this site with the nutritional value of green beans, but I'm not sure how to interpret it for a RES. Something about the calcium/phosphorus ratio?
