Ok, not sure what I'm doing wrong here, but I only see links, not actual photos. I can't just copy and paste from "my pictures"?

I've edited it two times but still no luck, lowercase letters didn't help.
Any other thoughts?

Did you just use the quick reply box? That may have something to do with it...

No, I pasted them in the reply box from the top. I just saw them, (they were huge) now they are gone, BullDog, where are they?

Never mind, I think they are on the second page. Sorry, only the 2nd one is clear. Now to the real question - any thoughts on the condition of the shell?

PS - I took him out of his tank and dried him off for these pics.

Thanks,
Suzanne

Reminds a bit of my turtle when she was overfed when I first got her. How long have you had Sparky, what was his original size and what is his current size. (I'm referring to shell length, front to back without the curve).

We got Sparky as a baby turtle on Election Day, 2004. He was about the size of a half dollar when we got him. Now, he is 4 inches.

That is a bit fast. It should take about 2 to 4 years to reach that size.

Your turtle looks like he needs to shed some scutes.
